Hi. I'm Jon Baker. The inspection process of your home is crucial in your purchase or sale. We do more than just point out defects, we can also help identify safety issues and potential loss of uses. My 20+ years in the construction trades help me evaluate your home on a personal and professional level. I have been involved hands on in all aspects of different trades. Concrete, framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC etc. I have been inspecting homes and business to evaluate their condition for almost 20 years now and I'm happy to help you with your purchase or sale. I am here to answer any questions, and explain the different items in our report in a way that you can understand. This will help you evaluate the purchase or sale in an educated manor.

We will supply you with a report that is helpful in your decision making process. We are not here to tear it apart.
We want to highlight some visible attributes as well. Anybody can look for and find the bad. Our experience and perception allow us to show you the big picture of your purchase or sale.

A very crucial part of the process as this can show you a lot of hidden items missed d by appraisals and the naked eye. We are here to assist in your purchase process to make sure your not surprised after the fact. Much better to know than find out.
Our Services
We offer a comprehensive inspection of your home or commercial building. We will visibly inspect roof and chimney, attic structure and insulation, visible framing members, drywall, ascetics, flooring, appliance's, electrical system including grounding, GFi and ARC circuits, plumbing operations, foundations, crawl spaces, basements and the list goes on. We also offer water testing provided by an independent laboratory. This is a brief description of our process.
